We went to tacos del cartel, and the staff was really nice and accommodating. The food was okay—not bad, but nothing that really stood out. It’s a cute place to grab a few bites and hang out with friends. The restaurant was clean, including the bathrooms. I probably wouldn’t go back, but overall, it was a pleasant experience.
My fiance and I stopped here on our day trip in New Orleans. 10000/10! such a whimsical place with good vibes. Food was immaculate The decor is so pretty and our service was absolutely phenomenal!! Thank you Lily! We will be back for sure.
Wonderful spot overall! The food was excellent and the ambiance really added to the experience. The staff were attentive, friendly, and went out of their way to help. I’d definitely come back — highly recommend!
As a regular guest who has been visiting this restaurant for quite some time, I can honestly say that from the moment you walk through the door, you feel genuinely welcomed. The entire team is incredibly friendly, warm, and professional. I would especially like to thank our server, Carlos. Despite the World Cup crowds and the busy atmosphere, he was always attentive, kind, and highly professional. The quality of service is so exceptional that it’s one of the reasons I come here at least once a week. Good food is easy to find, but it’s not always easy to find people who make you feel genuinely valued. The team here accomplishes that every single time. It’s clear that they take pride in their work and truly care about their guests. Employees like these are the real stars of any business. Thank you to the entire team for the wonderful atmosphere, delicious food, and impeccable service 🙏🏼♥️✨
The food and vibe were really good, but I ordered a mango margarita and was brought a mango mocktail instead. I was touching it up trying to make it sweeter because it was really sour, then realized it wasn’t actually the drink I ordered. Other than that, the atmosphere and food were nice. Also I had the Tenderero De Birria and it was really fresh and flavorful. The consommé soup to dip the tacos in was delicious, and I thought the hanging taco presentation was super creative. Even though the restaurant was busy, the workers stayed calm, polite, and genuinely welcoming. Props to the staff for giving top quality food and service. Also, the man in the skull dancing definitely made the experience even better 😭
