This is a great bar inside of the Kimpton Hotel. The decor is cool, stylish, yet comfortable. The waitress had a great suggestions for cocktails and the drinks that I did have I really enjoyed. There is a paid parking lot across the street if you’re driving but the bar and hotel do not validate.
Fantastic brunch! The space is so unique and fun with the peacock colors and the decor. The staff are super friendly and welcoming. The brunch tower was a vibe and the food on it was delicious.
A-MAZ!ING!!! We came for brunch. Their Bloody Mary was very good. My husband had a Jasmine Tea with mango & loved it. The Bayou Benedict & Braised Short Rib Benedict were top notch. The biscuits were literally melt in you mouth good. They were like cake!! SOOOO GOOD!! The grits were absolutely decadent. The atmosphere is cool & fun! Our server, Art, was exceptional. He was friendly & helpful. We will be back here often when visiting New Orleans!!
I’m not sure why this restaurant isn’t mentioned more on blogs, Reddit, etc. The food is exceptional, the service is wonderful and the bar is absolutely gorgeous with excellent drinks! My husband and I were recently in NOLA for the first time for the international stroke conference and I would recommend this restaurant to anyone headed there. It was easily one of the best meals we had while we were in town.
Delicious cuisine in a romantic setting. We dined here Christmas evening! Steady stream of dinner guests and patrons enjoying the spacious attractive lounge. The supper was well prepared. The Charred Octopus was tender and flavourful with just the right notes of "charredness". The Louisiana Blue Crab Bucatini was devine. Perfect for visitors seeking a taste of New Orleans. The Chili Crunch was a surprisingly tasty treat that never seemed enough no matter the quality! We took advantage of selecting a wine from the impressive wine list. Our server was attentive and helpful. Handsome decore: wall tapestries, attractive lighting and even a peacock! Location is ideal. A block from Canal Street and the French Quarter. We took the St. Charles streetcar plus the 10 minute walk along Canal Street made a pleasant outing.
