Absolutely loved it! I have always enjoyed traditional American style Italian food and was not sure how much I would like a more traditional southern Italian food. I was amazed as to how fresh and flavorful all the dishes were. The atmosphere was very welcoming as the staff appeared to be really enjoying being part of this new up in coming restaurant. My wife and I will definitely be returning and will be bringing our friends as well!
Highly recommend Procida! We’re so happy to have this gem in our neighborhood. It truly brings the vibrant flavors of Southern Italy to life. The cuisine is authentic and absolutely delicious, with an amazing selection of drinks, a gorgeous space, and truly outstanding service. The Spaghetti Limone, Bucatini, and Limoncello Spritz were some of our favorites, and we can’t wait to come back and try so much more of the menu. We loved everything about our experience and are already looking forward to our next visit!!!
We were excited to check out this highly hyped new space on it's opening night (with the understanding that there will be some kinks). Overall the experience was good, service and wine list were great, and with some tweaks Procida will be excellent. The vibe in the main room and bar area were great, unfortunately the back room is void of any textiles which made the noise level unbearable when full. We're excited to return to fully enjoy the laid back, multi course experience they're going for, but only if we're at the bar or in the front room.
Everything was perfect, came with our family and 8month old baby, Service- the employees were all so kind and accommodating with our baby, they made sure we felt very comfortable! They gave great recommendations for food and wine pairing. Food- every bite was incredible. Our absolute favorites were the braised short rib, the gnocchi, the ziti and the whole fish. Atmosphere- a lovely vibe, great decor Would absolutely come back, food was fantastic!
This is one of the best restaurants in New Orleans. The service was amazing. I had the crudo, insalata verde, the spaghetti alla limone, the ziti genovese, and the tiramisu and it was mind blowing. The pastas were delicate and balanced in a way that could only be done from an authentic Italian kitchen and I’m glad this city now has one.
