Very clean environment seafood had great taste. Only thing it wasn't hot it was room temperature but over all the food was good with good customer service. We ate upstairs and I needed a fan cause it was so hot upstairs
🦀🦐 Absolutely amazing seafood experience in New Orleans! ❤️ After a long, hot day walking around the Garden District, this place was exactly what we needed. The staff was so sweet, welcoming, and accommodating. They even let our dog Koda Bug come inside with us so he could enjoy the air conditioning, and honestly, being able to cool down while enjoying a meal made such a difference. 🐾❄️ It’s a casual, laid-back spot (not a fancy restaurant), but that’s what made it perfect. We got to relax and actually enjoy some great seafood. We tried fried alligator for the first time, and surprisingly, it was delicious! My parents also tried blue crab for the first time since we’re from the Midwest, and the staff was so patient and helpful showing them how to open and enjoy it. Even though blue crab wasn’t their favorite, the kindness of the staff really stood out. They were so generous and even gave them extra crab at no charge so they could try something else. That kind of hospitality is hard to find. ❤️ Our waitress was incredibly friendly, patient, and made the whole experience even better. If you’re looking for a casual seafood spot with amazing service, good food, and people who truly care about their customers, this is the place to go! 🦀✨
Our visit here was nothing but phenomenal! Hostess greeted us as soon as we walked through the door and brought us to the table at a timely manner. Then our server Andreas was very welcoming and kind when talking/taking our order! The menu was easy to understand and Andreas also told us the specials of the day which I went with the buy one get on crawfish and we also gotten the green mussels and charbroiled oysters and they were all very delicious. Gotten full quick so you’ll have plenty to take home and eaten later! But overall this was very wonderful experience and I’ll definitely be back soon! Thank you!
The food was amazing, service was great, the restaurant was very clean, and the price was great for what we got. I 100% recommend going here if you want great seafood for a great price. Our server dwi was amazing and the manager was amazing. Don't forget to not only give complaints to the managers but also complements.
Loved the food. Great value, the crawfish boil was cheaper than we could buy frozen crawfish at home, and tasted amazing. Friendly service!
