Reviews
It was an enjoyable dining experience. We came here to celebrate my birthday and it was a nice atmosphere for an intimate dinner. We ordered the blue fin otoro and the baked crab sushi roll. We also got Wagyu dumplings for starters and finished with the garlic vegetables and black miso cod. Everything was super flavorful and cooked to perfection. For dessert we got the ichigo coconut cream and it was the right amount of sweet to end the meal. Tyler was our server and he was super attentive to us and friendly. I would definitely recommend, especially if you’re celebrating a special occasion.
Posting little late as i finally got time to share my view… Went for my birthday with a group of 9 and i had a high expectation in terms of food and service and it was excellent. Greeted by hostess and wished me happy birthday while they were making some adjustments to my table, my table was giant, chandelier was nice japanese style, lighting was warm and i liked the big table as i always like to order lots of food with no budget at all, Server greeted us with smile and explained the drinks menu first took our drinks order and then gave us a food menu which also explained in english as some of the words were in japanese. Drinks came on time and food wise some appetizers came on time and some took way longer which is fine as long as food kept On coming thats all matters to me and my guest. Main course was hot and every presentation of the food was impressive and photogenic. I Liked the big rock ice cube with the restaurant logo on it. I ordered every dessert they had on menu and all of them were amazing. The only thing is i was expecting atleast 1 dessert complimentary since i spend $3000 and ordered everything on the menu that could have been a nice touch… order includes 2 sushi basket/platter where each sushi is $7-$10 so be careful when you buy sushi platter without looking at the price. We had two vegetarian guest and they were satisfied very well as the restaurant also had lots of options for vegetarians and other dietary needs. Below is the picture of my food hope you guys will like it.
We had the pleasure to once again dine at NOBU NOLA, which is always a great experience!!! Our servers Xavier & Theodore were wonderful. Very helpful and had us laughing the entire evening. We love how the food & staff at Nobu are always consistent. See you in the autumn!
NOBU in New Orleans was ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 STARS! Grace and I ordered a four course meal per the chef’s recommendations. We started off with the yellowtail jalapeño. This dish was OUTSTANDING!! I don’t eat raw fish but I’d eat this everyday if I could! For our main courses, we got Black Cod Den Miso and A5 Wagyu. The Black Cod was PHENOMENAL! The Wagyu was 10/10. Grace got a California roll and said it was 10/10! Overall experience was fantastic and our waiter Mike was very pleasant and made sure we had everything we needed. 10/10 recommend NOBU in New Orleans
This was the best dining experience I’ve had in the city of New Orleans, hands down. That’s saying a lot!! Nobu is world renowned and the New Orleans location shows you exactly why. The food was beyond phenomenal. It was a pleasure meeting the staff who make it all happen without missing a beat, while making you feel like family. Our server Mike, one of the best, elevated the experience. And yes, the bartenders are THAT good!! I can’t finish this review without thanking the general manager for being so hospitable; I’ve eaten all over the world and can confidently say, this is worth the experience!!!
