Was visiting NOLA from Dallas and stumbled upon Lula online and decided to give it a try. Walked in about 3pm on a Saturday and was immediately greeted by the hostess who told us we would have short wait time but offered us seating at the bar to get started with drinks/apps while we waited for our table to be ready. Bartender on staff was Evelio who did SUCH a good job taking care of me and the other 2 in my party, so much so we decided to sit at the full service bar rather than our table to continue talking to him. He did such an amazing job of not only catering to us, but the other guests at the bar. He gave us plenty of recommendations and briefly talked to us about the in house distillery. Evelio was the best server EVER!!! Even though the bar was getting a bit busy he was so attentive and made sure we got everything to us in a timely manner. Evelio you are amazing!! As for the food and drinks- the on tap cocktails were sooo good. The piña colada and crawfish queso were our favorite parts of the night. If I ever find myself back in NOLA, I know I’ll find myself back here too :)

The food was good overall and everything came out quickly. The atmosphere was really nice and made for an enjoyable dining experience. The only downside was the rib were a bit dry the wrap and the fried were the highlight of the menu.

Went to brunch with friends. I had crawfish omelet, grits and potatoes. The potatoes were burnt. The crawfish omelet was okay. I would like to try the dinner menu. Brunch was blah. Check my pics. Mimosa was good. Lula's charge extra if using a debit card 💳🤐 so bring cash money. I was charged 2.00$ extra for using my debit card.

It was a great time here! It was our first stop on our NOLA trip and the food and drinks were worth the stop! It’ll be added to our revisit list when we come back! Food was delicious and portions are generous !
