- Tours operate rain or shine. In case of extreme weather such as thunderstorms, call (800) 467-0758 between 7:00am and 7:00pm to reschedule.
- Wear comfortable, casual attire. This is a family environment requiring shirts and shoes. No offensive clothing, booty shorts, swimsuits, or similar attire.
- If you select the transportation option, shuttle pick-up windows are:
- 8:00-8:30am for the 9:30am tour
- 10:30-11:00am for the 12:00pm tour
- 12:30-1:00pm for the 2:15pm tour
- If self-driving or using rideshare, arrive 30 minutes before the tour. Traffic can be unpredictable, and boats depart promptly. Rideshare delays are possible; pre-schedule your return trip.
