Wow this place is incredible. Such a cool menu. Can’t wait to try every single thing.
Food is sooo good! Had the fried chicken sandwich, fries and cucumber melon salad. Did not disappoint. Welcome to the neighborhood!!
Amazing food, great service, and personable staff. I had a great time figuring out what I would eat, because I would honestly eat the whole menu. A good addition to the block-happy to enjoy crispy karaage, fluffy milk bread, and lots of flavor. Highly recommend!
Patty melt was awesome, bread was toasted and buttery so fresh and soft. Patty cooked perfectly medium. Fries were good but a little on the overcooked side. Karage was also really good, flavorful, juicy, and crispy. Yuzu lemonade was amazing! Definitely would come back just for the lemonade if I was in the area. Small cozy setup, about 3 rows of tables, maybe enough for 15-18 people. Food is made to order took maybe 15 min, very reasonable.
Fantastic Japanese-influenced sandwiches! They make their milk bread in house. The fried chicken sando with pimento cheese, jalapeños and slaw is probably my all-time favorite, but I’ve tried all their sandwiches and love every one. The vegetarian miso roasted cabbage sando is unexpected and great. Very glad the folks at Gaijin Sandos have made the move from their regular pop-ups to this location in my neighborhood! Definitely worth a visit.
