The Cajun Fries as an appetizer was amazing! I wish I could have had more of the mushroom crawfish sauce but the cook had the perfect ratio to keep the fries from getting soggy. I also ordered the taste of New Orleans but immediately had 9-10 bites before I realized I forgot to take a photo. So many flavors with just the right amount of spice. To keep the review honest, the Old Fashion was a little more Smokey than I am used to but still good. Our waitress Justice, was amazing and provided fantastic service while the live Jazz Band took requests. I would definitely recommend anyone coming here for amazing drinks, food, and atmosphere.
This place is a diamond. Service is slow but it is the Big Easy. I love love love those place. GREAT food GREAT music and the staff is extremely good. Handicapped friendly. Go see for yourself. Every time im in NOLA this is my go to.
I enjoyed Sam Joyner playing the piano and singing a variety of music from the 50s through the 90s. He's so talented! Also enjoyed Street Lyfe band. They are all so talented! Nate always remembers what I drink!
We had a great lunch time meal and live entertainment experience here! The house band's music spills outside, filling Bourbon Street with traditional hot jazz, which encouraged us to pay a visit here. We chose a table that afforded a great view of both the band and the street for people watching. We ordered a salad with blackened catfish to share. The portion was sizable and delicious. Our server was friendly and helpful with guiding us through the menu. Musicianship was top notch. I tipped the band and requested a song, "Do You Know What it Means to Miss New Orleans". They played the song beautifully. Definitely worth another visit soon!
