If you’re looking for a spa experience in New Orleans that feels genuine and pressure-free, Thrive NOLA Spa is it. I came in for a facial and left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed — no gimmicks, no upselling, just a truly personalized and calming treatment. My esthetician was an absolute gem. Sweet, warm, and incredibly skilled — and I have to mention, it was such a fun surprise to find out she was from the Bronx, NY, my hometown. It made the whole experience feel even more personal and special. The staff across the board was welcoming from the moment I walked in, making for a stress-free visit from start to finish. The facial itself was exactly what I needed — thorough, soothing, and effective. It also means a lot to support a Black-owned, women-owned business right here in New Orleans. Thrive is doing it right — the service, the atmosphere, the people. I’ll definitely be back.
There are many spots in NOLA for Spa services but this is an amazing place. To begin the customer service was fantastic and setting up an appointment was very easy and I was able to get the time I wanted and even participate in their weekday special. Once there, I was already at peace as check in was easy and I went right into my massage service. I did a couples massage with my wife and the masseuse Scott and Jasmine were ready to meet our needs and help give us the best experience. I have had many 1 hour massages but I will say this has to be one of my top 3 best experiences. If you are in town for a visit, make it a priority to schedule something ahead of time and begin your visit to NOLA with a stop here!

I’ve been getting waxed for over 15 years and this is hands down the best and least painful gum experience I’ve ever had. Gabby is the best of the best. She doesn’t just take huge rips of wax and not consider your pain levels. She took her time and made sure everything was smooth. Definitely the best place to get a wax.
