The meat platter and turkey necks where absolutely amazing. I had the pleasure of also enjoying a great Old Fashioned, too! Our server was super knowledgeable with fantastic recommendations.
Came down for Jazz Fest and this was one of the best meals I've ever had in Nola! The Lamb Neck Benedict, however, was by far the best benedict I'VE EVER HAD! The cocktails are on point, the food is amazing, the service was top notch. I'd give them 6 stars if I could. I'll definitely be back on my next visit. Toups is my new jam!
Hadley was absolutely incredible and had the best taste in dishes to suggest to us. Loved the Sally Fields Forever cocktail and the broccoli Caesar and Meatery board were beyond compare. Trust me when I say, pair the crackling with the chicken liver mousse and caramelized onion. Best rec ever from our server and it was truly outstanding. The vibe was so good amd everything we didn't order going to other tables looked incredible too. Definitely recommend for a fun date night - come ready to share!
While in town we enjoyed an outstanding meal! The craft cocktails, appetizers and entrees were exceptional! Chef Isaac personally brought the appetizers to our table which was much appreciated. Hadley made excellent recommendations from the green bean salad to the shrimp toast and Sally Fields Forever cocktail all was enjoyed.
This was our second time to eat at Toups Meatery. We showed up without a reservation so the host whipped out a two top for us. The cocktails were great, especially the Poblano Escobar. The meat board had several amazing components. I could live on the cracklins, but they’d probably kill me. My wife had the venison. I had the pork chops. The picture is blurry, but the again so am I after trying to finish it. Everything was perfect. We don’t come to New Orleans often enough, but next time we do, we’ll be back again.
