Sofia's is a very trendy and delicious Italian bistro. We had the amazing puff bread and added garlic butter and balsamic vinegarette. I had the margarita pizza which was perfect. I wanted it well done and it was. The crust had some crunch but also had the chewyness that completes the pie. My wife had the house made pasta with vodka sauce that was just amazing!!! Our drinks were spot on and her simple vanilla dessert was perfect to end the evening!! This review would be complete if I didn't tell you all how AWESOME our server Jack was. He was polite, informative and prompt with whatever requests we had!! Thank you Jack for a 360 experience!
This is the type of place where you want to come back and try everything on the menu because of the quality and flavor in each dish. I had the Ricotta and the Agnolotti. Hands down one of my favorite meals in NOLA so far. I dream about the Ricotta with honey and foccacia. I sat at the bar and I loved sitting near the kitchen where I could watch them make the pizzas. The staff were super attentive and friendly.
Wonderful food, atmosphere, and amazing service. My group could not have been more pleased with our experience while at Sofia. Our server, Jolanda, was informative, personable, and attentive. The food was delicious and so pretty. Drinks were perfect. Atmosphere was clean and well designed. It's sad that this was the only time we got to eat here during our trip. If you ever plan on expanding, it would do well in Colorado!
The pizza and kale salad were very good as was the fresh bread. I ordered the risotto. It was runny not the way I prefer risotto. The service was excellent...no waiting, no delays.
My first dining experience in New Orleans and it did not disappoint. My wife and I are visiting from Milwaukee and this restaurant was high recommended online. Excellent food, beautiful restaurant. Can't forget to show some love to Myles our server. Great guy who made our experience even more pleasant. Great food, great service....Thank you.
