I went to the National WWII museum and wanted lunch. Patty's was about a 4 minute walk from the museum. I went inside and found you had to order and pre-pay at the bar. There is no table service. I got a cheese burger and a fry. I was then given a table number sign to place on my table. I was told I could pick any table I wanted to sit at. Before my food came, I went to the bathroom to wash my hands. The bathroom was very clean. However, I was disappointed to see there was no hand soap of any kind provided to wash your hands with. I did the best I could using only water. My food was dropped off at my table. The burger was almost correct as I ordered it. But they forgot the pickles I had requested. Since there is no waitress, I had to go to the bar and see if they would be able to give me a few pickles for my burger. A few minutes later, I was told my pickles were here at the bar. I got up, walked to the bar, picked up my pickles and then had a seat back at my table. Since it had now been about 5 minutes since my burger had arrived, it was no longer hot. None the less, I put the pickles on my burger and ate it. The burger was fine. Not great, but not bad. Now for my biggest let down for lunch. I paid $5 plus tax for "sidewinder fries." The paper tray was only half full. I felt ripped off that I paid full price yet only got a half order of fries. Especially at that price. Other then that they were good tasting.
i was craving a smash burger and this place exceeded my expectations. still a rather new spot that opened in April 2026. Loved the Americana and Philly Steak burger. I got my order to-go which was ready in about 5 minutes. The bar has a super chill vibe and good tv screens, could be a great spot to come watch games. They have an extensive bourbon list and i’ll definitely need to come back to try one of their boozy shakes.
What an amazing experience! From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed. The food was absolutely delicious, the drinks were fantastic, and the service was top-notch. A special shoutout to Crystal, our server/bartender—she was beyond kind, welcoming, and attentive throughout our visit. She had such a positive attitude, made sure we had everything we needed, and truly made our experience even better. It’s rare to receive service that genuinely stands out, and Crystal absolutely delivered. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great food, amazing drinks, and outstanding customer service!
Patty's was referred to us by a friend in our building and we wasted no time trying it. The Americana, the Americana with bacon, onion rings and fries. Everything was absolutely amazing! We've been looking for a good burger place and glad we found Patty's, a block from home. I highly recommend checking this place out!
I almost walked by but I’m so glad I didn’t! The food was delicious- I got the impossible burger and it was DELICIOUS! The toppings were perfection and the way it was prepared was so good- I actually had to do a double take to make sure it wasn’t real meat. I also had the sidewinder fries and they were so yummy. I topped it off with a salted caramel milkshake- I thought it could’ve used a bit more salt- but it was really good! This meal was top notch, a little pricey but totally worth it and I’d go back in a heartbeat. The employees were also super personable, helpful and attentive! I think that this restaurant is new- I 100% recommend people check it out!
