The ambiance is everything and it’s so unassuming from the exterior. Beautiful decor and moody lighting make this a perfect location for date night. I stopped by for the coolinary tasting menu. Everything was delicious. If I had to give it some criticism, I’d say the wagyu sliders, even though delicious was misleading on the menu as it was an individual slider. Also our Rib eye was season well and cooked perfectly, however a lot fattier than we would’ve preferred.
What a way to begin the night for my 30th birthday. My friends and I enjoyed dinner here. The food, the service, the drinks, the decor/ambiance was excellent! Glad I ended up choosing this place. Would definitely recommend.
I just celebrated my 32nd birthday here and I loved it. We were a party of 15 and the staff and restaurant were very accomodating. The Manager came by and gave very good reccomendations on drinks. He was very good at explaining the different types of wines and the taste of them. Our waiter was on point with the refills and our experience im general. The garlic bread they give for the table was soooo good, it was fresh out the oven. The lamb sliders were very good. The artwork is amazing. The place is a nice vibe, whether you are looking for a place for dinner, a party, etc. This is the place to book. Thanks for a wonderful time and making me feel so special on my special day. 100/100
I really wish Google reviews had 10 stars, because GAIA’s would get ALL 10!! Every single aspect of my experience at GAIA’s was phenomenal! From booking an appointment, to getting seated upon arrival, the waiters, the maître d’, the person who clears the table, everyone performed at such a high level! It’s rare to see that level of commitment and excellence in service! Now the food, the food is equally as delicious! Every dish left me and my friends in awe! This was truly the best part of my trip to New Orleans! If you are in New Orleans please do yourself a favor and visit GAIA Seafood & Steakhouse!!
