An absolute must for breakfast. Ordered the chorizo bacon taco and the Big Bird. Plus of course beignets. Everything was delicious. The taco in particular was so unique and maybe the best breakfast taco I’ve ever had.
we love coming here for breakfast when visiting nola the food, music, and people are always great! the biscuits are filling and they always have cool new donut flavors. the hot chicken and honey butter was trending on instagram, it is on the spicy side but extremely delicious. we also ordered the fancy hash browns they have a hint of rosemary which was yummy. we can’t wait to visit again! also, its located in a very nice area of the lower garden district it’s a short walk away from the nola mural and the buckner mansion from american horror story season 3 coven.
Those buttermilk biscuits were heavenly from here! A fluffy, buttery biscuit with a soft centre and slight crisp exterior. The ‘hot’ fried chicken breast wasn’t too spicy, and the honey butter helped balance the spiciness as well. Both pieces of chicken were tender too.
I went here for lunch on my first day in town. I had the slider combo and it was so good. The chicken was especially delicious! The staff were very friendly and helpful. I ended up going 3 days in a row. I took a warm homemade cinnamon roll to go the next day. That was moist and delicious but very sweet! The last day was an online pick up order for an egg & cheese on a homemade biscuit. Very easy online ordering and pick up. Yum is all I can say about that large egg sandwich!

District Donuts Sliders Brew was open, so I decided to give it a try. My wife and I went for a walk, ordered some coffee and sweet treats, and then sat down to enjoy. District Donuts Sliders Brew is situated in a narrow space, with a long row of seats on one side, right next to a brick wall. They serve coffee, tea, and other assorted drinks and they pride themselves in offering donuts at all times. They also have a small breakfast menu, and they serve lunch and dinner, offering such foods as burgers, chicken sandwiches, and kolaches. This wide assortment makes District Donuts Sliders Brew more of a restaurant than a coffee house. In fact, it has elements of both. I visited to get coffee and donuts and I was quite pleased with the quality of my food and drink. The rich, delicious, sugar- fortified donut and the cup of hot coffee were just what I needed for a mid- evening boost. My wife was equally impressed, and we were both quite pleased that this establishment was open when we were craving this type of food and drink. They are open until 9pm, which worked for us. It was 8:30pm when we arrived and there were few customers present, so we were served quickly and didn’t feel rushed to finish. I love a good cup of coffee and sweet treats. District Donuts Sliders Brew is ready to serve you both, and it’s a good choice for other, heartier foods, too. It has much to offer and earns a thumbs up from my wife and me.
