Reviews
Our waitress was patience and prompt. She was very sweet! When they knew it was birthday she blessed me with a mango mimosa. The biscuits and eggs were delightful. This restaurant offers a quick breakfast not fancy but great hospitality.
Very surprised by the food! Service was great. Food served hot and fresh!! Service felt like home. The staff was nice. THE BEST GRITS FROM A RESTAURANT I've ever had!! The catfish was fried to perfection and extra crispy as requested! Delicious peach mimosa!! Went for breakfast on Tuesday morning and the crowd was light.
Kristen was our kind and personable waitress. She made our visit even better. Lots of cultural diversity supported by owners! The beignets were better here than the “famous” places. Fried green tomatoes were awesome! Son had Oreo pancake and he loved it. And he’s picky.
Excellent food! Service was friendly and prompt. The alligator omelette was delicious! One of the best omelettes I've ever had and the sausage was delicious! My partner also really enjoyed the blackened porkchop. The drinks were really good too!
Nice cozy place I found on Google close to our hotel for the jambalaya. I also ordered fried green tomatoes that came with roulade sauce… fie. It went perfectly with my cup of jambalaya which was the perfect portion. My husband’s wings were good and he ordered the special sauce on the side. Service was excellent and our water glasses stayed full. We were also able to catch the highlights of the IU game with the big screen television where we had a perfect unobstructed view.
