I loved this place. Went for a concert at the superdome and it was only a 7 minute walk. Also a short walk to bourbon st. The staff were nice and responded fast. They also held my luggage till it was check in time which was great. I would definitely stay her again.

We had a great stay! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location in downtown New Orleans was perfect—close to everything we wanted to see and do, making it easy to explore the city. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the entire check-in process smooth. We truly appreciated the hospitality and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting New Orleans!

This building was a really great location as walking distance from everything is extremly close. The room was really clean and check-in was seamless. Parking in the garage was a bit pricey BUT very convenient (and it pretty much cost the same most places downtown). If you pay for the cheaper parking across the street, you are subject to the elements, rain heat when entering your vehicle etc). I only have one Con however this is out of the control of the host. Because New Orleans never sleeps, there was LOUD music all.......night......long (Lionel Richie voice). It was unreal. Every 10-15 minutes a party bus or vehicle blasting music would pass making it hard to fall asleep or stay sleep. If it wasnt music it was loud sirens for first reaponder vehicles. We stayed on the 4th floor. Im not sure if the windows were too thin or what but it was insane how we could hear people screaming and talking loud al throuhout the night. This actually made me say we wont return. When we stayed downtown at Hotel Theo, we did not encounter this issue. Honestly, we may try this location one more time because as I said before this is out of anyones control, maybe besides getting quality windows lol. I would recommend to others...

The room was exactly as described, and the check-in process was smooth and easy. The room was clean, and everything we needed was provided. The property staff reached out several times during our stay to ensure we were satisfied with our accommodations and to see if we needed anything. The location was fabulous and just a short walk from all the action on Canal Street and Bourbon Street. I would definitely recommend this place and will gladly book here again when visiting New Orleans.

The room was very spacious and was laid out well. The bathrooms were updated and were very nice. The furniture had some wear and the carpets had a few stains. There were only queen beds but that didn't bother us. Note that we booked through interval and there was an undisclosed $85 cleaning fee. The front desk staff were not much help. Upon arriving the door was locked and you have to buzz them on the intercom. Not a big deal but we didn't use their garage because the garage next door was much cheaper. Overall this is less of a hotel and more of an condo rental. Expect very little on amenities and service.
