We stayed 3 nights and loved our stay! Great hotel for proximity to Bourbon St. Only valet parking which seemed normal for the area. The valet was ~$42/day which was cheaper than some other places so I just had to accept it. The hotel as a whole is gorgeous. It historic (I believe) so it gives an antique look? The service was amazing on all fronts. No complaints. The room itself had a slight mildew smell. It didn’t seem bad enough to report but it was definitely noticeable every time we entered the room. Other than that, the room was nice. The fixtures and things were a little dated and rusty (like shower door was stiff, clock was old and dirty). It wasn’t anything serious. Still a wonderful stay!

Our experience at the hotel was fabulous. Melissa in the bar was an absolute doll and made a great drink. The restaurant on site had good food. The entire hotel staff was open and friendly, from the front desk to the valet. The rooms are clean( wish they had microwaves) and comfortable. We stayed in a courtyard suite and couldn't believe how quiet it was! Burbon street is only about 40 steps from the hotel so the location was prime smack dab in the heart of the french quarter. We had a blast and qould stay again!

We visited for my birthday and we had an amazing stay. Not only was our room nice, but the staff was amazing. They made us feel so special and comfortable. I was really like visiting with old friends and family. Keisha Pickett, Betsy, Reggie, Anthony and Nita were amazing. The Bells Men , security guards and pool maintenance man were amazing also. I truly have no complaints. Thank you all for making my birthday trip special.

They have such warm and beautiful personalities. They work well together. Betsy was very helpful with recommending which tours and excursions to see. Really enjoyed my stay; staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful when my partner felt ill and we needed extra time to checkout. Rooms can have some worn spots, but the beds were very comfy, we slept great, and didn't hear much for street noise (5th floor streetside). The pool is pretty small, but it was a nice place to cool off, and having towels available is great. We enjoyed a nice swim after sunset. Be aware that the courtyard is used as a smoking area, but is big enough you won't notice. I'm very happy I picked this place and will stay here again next time.
