We had a wonderful stay. Clean rooms, great location, and excellent service from all the staff - shout out to Reuben who was extra accommodating and attentive to all of our needs. The only thing that could be improved was the quality of the breakfast. Otherwise, I can’t recommend this hotel enough!

It was a friendly environment! The front desk clerk (Rueben) was very helpful and sweet. He made our check in very smooth, easy and he made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Our overall stay at this hotel was a very pleasant experience!

We selected this hotel because it was not far from the Port. We were on vacation there befor getting on our cruise. Check in was smooth. Rubin was very helpful and had great customer service. He ensured we had everything we needed. I liked the bunk beds in the room. But the light shades were outdated. My dissatisfaction came when it was time to checkout and found a boot on my car , after having paid $160 for parking for 3 nights. The lady at the desk was very rude (I was too upset to bother to ask her name) and acted like there was nothing she could do. Once I asked for the manager she began calling the boot company. Because why is there a boot on my car when I paid the hotel directly for parking. I waited over an hour for the boot to be removed and no offers or apologies we issued. Very inconvenient. I absolutely missed my cruise check in time and ended up having to carry my own bags to my room. (My original check in te was 11am but couldn't leave the hotel unril nearly 1 pm. If not for Rubin it would be 1 star. There were some homeless people outside the hotel at night asleep.

I was here on a business trip. Staff at the front desk was nice. I enjoyed the views from the room. Breakfast was included in the price and was nice! Bagels and toast, some warm foods like sausages, eggs, country potatoes. There was 24/7 complimentary coffee, that was particularly nice since I came with a jetlag and woke up at stupid o'clock. Smoking area was also nice. I think if you are there as a tourist it is cool to have the WWII museum there. There is a very nice large supermarket less than 10 minutes by foot. Bourbon Street is 15-20 minutes by foot
