I would highly recommend Woodhouse spa to anyone looking for exceptional service in a calm, peaceful, and relaxing atmosphere. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and well cared for. My overall experience was truly five stars. All three ladies who assisted me were professional attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure I had an amazing experience. Their kindness, attention to detail, and commitment to excellent Customer Service exceeded my expectation. If you’re looking for a place to relax, unwind and be treated with genuine care, wood house spa is definitely the place to visit. I look forward to returning.
I’m only giving 3 stars because of literally the last part of my experience. Everyone up to the pedicure deserves 5 stars. The staff welcoming you, getting you settled, the atmosphere. So kind and amazing. My massage therapist “Blue” was incredible. It was one of the best massages I’ve ever received. Truly everyone was so amazing up to the pedicure. My pedicure was last. I originally was getting a facial before booking and I decided on a pedicure and I regret it so much. For $70, I can’t believe what I got. No removal of dead skin. The cuticle care was so poor, I still have visible skin around my big toe that wasn’t removed. The only communication we had was if the water was ok and what color. No asking about shape of nail, anything else. My gel polish is on my cuticles, it just looks messy. I can go to a nail salon and get a way better pedicure for much less money. When she did speak, the pedicure lady was nice, but there just wasn’t anything that made it worth even $20. I really wish I got the facial instead. I didn’t notice the details until the polish was cured. I just didn’t have it in me to ask her to remove and start over at that point. Just sharing that the pedicure wouldn’t be worth it.
The spa facilities appear to offer a highly relaxing environment. Upon check-in, we were directed to the changing areas, which included secure lockers for personal belongings. Slippers and robes were provided for our comfort. We were then escorted to a tranquil waiting area. The overall experience was exceptional, and the staff demonstrated a high level of professionalism throughout. We extend our gratitude to Andrew, Natalie, and Nikki. Perhaps a small light could be installed near the client's name in the waiting area to assist staff in easily locating their clients.- Metairie location
It was truly a great experience from beginning to end!!! I had a facial done by Alexis & full body massage by Scott who were both phenomenal! I will definitely be back in 3 months.
I had a wonderful massage. My therapist “Tank” was very thorough with explaining everything to me, and focused on the areas that I had most tension too! I haven’t been to Woodhouse in over a year, a friend treated me to a well needed massage! My experience was a 10/10, from the atmosphere, to the mellow sounds in the rooom
