Lovely experience. We will definitely come back. The restaurant is beautiful, the food is delicious and the service is excellent. Ashley our server made our time much more enjoyable, she took good care of us. Heads up: if you choose the Strawberry/Jalapeño Margarita and you want it really spicy, you need to let your server know in advance. Otherwise the taste will be flat, nothing special.
We had a last-minute craving for a special dinner while visiting New Orleans, and Morrow Steak exceeded every expectation. We were fortunate to grab seats at the bar, and from the moment we arrived, the service was warm, attentive, and welcoming. The food was absolutely outstanding. Every dish was expertly prepared, and the Cowboy Ribeye was the star of the evening. The red wine reduction was delicious, but honestly, the steak didn't even need it. Just for fun, I tried a little of the red wine reduction over our vanilla ice cream—don't tell the chef! Surprisingly, it was amazing! The atmosphere struck the perfect balance between upscale and comfortable, making it a great place for a memorable night out. Of all the meals we had during our trip, this was by far our favorite in New Orleans. If you're looking for an exceptional steakhouse with outstanding food, excellent service, and a fantastic atmosphere, Morrow Steak should be at the top of your list.
Venue & ambiance stunning. I must admit, the crab cakes advertised from social media platforms or morrows steak own photos of the crab cakes aren’t the same ones served. They are smaller. I’ve had better, including the lamb chops. The brioche bread is really tasty, very soft & the honey enhances it. We also ordered (2) drinks, the red snapper ( delicious) & seafood Mac & cheese. Broccolini could’ve been better. Ube cheesecake was worth the try I think icecream should be served with it due its thickness. Overall an 7.5/10 for food experience. Think it best to visit during happy hour. Servers were aaaamazing though.
Visited this establishment, while passing through the city of New Orleans. It was Juneteenth and I thought I would have to choose somewhere else. But we were fortunate enough to get a reservation. The host was extremely nice and welcoming. Food and drinks were to die for. The vibe / atmosphere was everything in my opinion. It kinda reminded me of a trip to Vegas a couple weeks ago. I visited Maroon, which is the first black owned Caribbean steak house on the strip! Morrow has that same vibe and I love it here! Definitely planning a trip back in a couple months with some friends! Didn’t get pics of my dinner but I did get the appetizer. Had glazed lamb chops, and the aged ribeye….. perfection! Praying that Daisy will still work there when I return. Services were top notch!
Celebrated my birthday at Morrow’s and it was absolutely perfect! From the moment we walked in, the vibe was warm, welcoming, and so special. Our server was the sweetest and made sure we were well taken care of! truly made me feel celebrated and loved. The food was amazing, the drinks were on point, and the Ube Cheesecake was such a beautiful touch. Thank you, Morrow’s, for helping make my birthday so memorable. I’ll definitely be back! 🎉✨💐
