Five stars! Clover Grill feels like stepping onto the set of a classic TV diner, complete with those iconic red-topped stools right at the bar. You can sit there and watch them cook your food on the grill right in front of you, which just adds to the charm. The burgers are absolutely phenomenal—easily the best in the French Quarter, and quite possibly the best in all of New Orleans. The service was top-notch, and our waitress was so incredibly friendly and great at sparking up a conversation. Don't let the late-night reputation fool you; this is a highly recommended spot for an amazing burger anytime, not just for hangover relief.

Some things never change, and thank god for that. I worked at the Clover 30 years ago, and walking back through those doors, I realized not much has shifted but the prices—and honestly, even those aren't very different. There is a profound comfort in seeing that your cheese is still being melted under a hubcap. The basics are respected: the eggs aren't burnt, which is something you truly appreciate after spending a lifetime in professional kitchens. It’s exactly the kind of straightforward execution you want from a diner. I’ve been in twice since moving back to the Quarter, and it’s just too close to my apartment not to come back again and again. If you are looking for an honest, no-nonsense greasy spoon, this is the spot. You get filling portions of classic diner fare and a beautifully sarcastic staff to serve it all up. It’s an absolute institution. 11/10.

Stopped into Clover Grill mid-day and got a seat immediately. A good, old-fashioned Cafe in the best possible ways! Ordered a burger and fries that was excellent! Huge patty, soft bun, "dressed" properly. The menu described a breakfast burger that I'd love to eat any time of day. Time was short but I WILL go more than once on my next visit to NOLA. Friendly server and great service. Ignore the fancy places and seek out this humble, little gem. YUM!!!

I absolutely love this place and make it a must-stop every time I’m in New Orleans. Being open 24 hours is a huge plus, especially when you’re hungry at odd hours. This time I had the club sandwich and it was awesome, fresh, perfectly made, and very satisfying. The service was great, friendly, and fast, which makes the experience even better. The atmosphere is welcoming and consistent, and it never disappoints. Truly one of my go-to spots in the

This 24-hour diner is the perfect spot to get a quick meal at low prices. Between my partner and I, we didn't spend more than $30 in this place. This place is right along bourbon street in New Orleans, and there was no wait at all during the time I visited (around noon). It is a super low-key establishment; no expectations of dressing fancy one bit. It's the kind of spot that you'd go into after a long stretch of partying, ending the celebrations with a juicy burger with crispy fries, topped with ice cold beverages. If you can squeeze in a moment to order from their grill, I promise you won't be disappointed!
