Oh my goodness if I could eat their Cajun Ribeye every single day I would be a very happy person. I love steak but this was taking it to a new level. Service was outstanding. Our server was super-attentive and checked on us often. An excellent bar- whiskey rocks was served with a large round cube and a good pour. The restaurant has that upscale but comfortable feel. The caesar salad is outstanding. Perfect amount of delicious dressing. Make sure to add the bacon. Amazing. My dining partner said his filet was cooked perfectly. Definitely a place you should try.
Had an incredible dinner at Bon Ton Prime Rib. The prime rib was one of the best I’ve had, it was perfectly cooked and packed with flavor. The crawfish mac & cheese, BBQ shrimp, and oysters were all delicious as well. Antonio took great care of us all night. He was attentive, personable, and made the whole experience feel special. Great food and even better service.
I was craving prime rib, although there are plenty of steakhouses around, those that offer prime rib are significantly fewer. Since it’s just me, instead of occupying a table, I grabbed a seat at the bar. The bartender was exceptional. With service, recommendations, and conversation. I ordered the standard cut along with the corn casserole side that was suggested. Prime rib had the perfect crust and was cooked to the perfect med rare. The corn casserole with the honey butter glaze was really good. If in New Orleans, I now have my prime rib spot.
Absolutely incredible experience from start to finish. The Brussels sprouts were next level — perfectly crisp, full of flavour, and honestly some of the best I’ve ever had. And the mac and cheese… pure comfort food perfection. Rich, creamy, and completely unforgettable. The prime rib was cooked beautifully — tender, juicy, and exactly what you hope for when you order something special. The red fish, omg! What truly made the night though was Travis and Zach. Their service was warm, attentive, and genuine. They made us feel completely looked after without ever being over the top, and their recommendations were spot on.
Bon Ton consistently delivers what I consider the best prime rib in the city. The crust and meat are deeply flavorful and cooked to perfection. The BBQ shrimp were also top-notch, and I have yet to have a bad meal here. The cocktails are excellent, and the atmosphere becomes lively as the night goes on. Although it has been taken over by Chophouse, I still prefer this location and experience.
