My husband and I stayed for two nights to celebrate our anniversary and absolutely loved it! The rooms are a good mix of vintage charm with modern upgrades, so it doesn’t feel dingy or outdated. The staff were some of the friendliest we’ve come across during our various hotel stays. They checked on us often and wished us a happy anniversary, and the valet gave us some great dinner recommendations! We also loved that this location was tucked away from the liveliness of the French quarter but was just a short ride away from it. Next time we stay in New Orleans we’ll be staying here!!!

I really enjoyed my short stay at the Pontchartrain. My boyfriend and I were there for one night and we will be returning. From the staff to the bars, everything was great. Quick shoutout to the valet guys. Tre was amazing checking us in. RJ was great, when we checked out, providing great service even though our stay was over. Very good work by both gentlemen. Rooms aren't bad at all. Whole hotel could use an more updated renovation but I guess the history of this place makes you appreciate the vintage, old school feel it provides. Ultimately great hotel, great staff. 10/10 will recommend.

My wedding party and I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights and everyone (especially Narissa and Alisha) were so very welcoming and met all our needs and beyond. We had such a great time and having the coffee shop, restaurants, and bars right at our fingertips were so nice! Location is also great with plenty of restaurants nearby and located right by a streetcar stop. Could not recommend a better place!

We absolutely love this hotel. Fantastic service from the staff. We had a last minute change in our party size after booking but Narissa worked her magic upon check-in and got is in a room that accommodated everyone. The bars are truly special. The decor is gorgeous, and the overall vibe is exactly the New Orleans experience we craved. Perfection!

The second we pulled up we were greeted by helpful smiling friendly faces. The hotel is large, historically restored, and beautiful. Large awning keeps the rain at bay. The gentlemen greeting you are knowledgeable, funny, patient, and kind! They really made the days start off right!!! The trolley station is literally in front of the hotel, which was such a bonus. This hotel is one of a kind. From the art work, to the absolutely INCREDIBLE staff-we couldnt of been more pleased. Downstairs is a great jazz bar with delicious local spirits. Upstairs is a 21+bar but was more like a club. With all that going on, the room was still very quiet. The room was one of our favorites. Velvet rich couch, feather comforters, unique artwork, plenty of space! We had soooo much fun and did we mention how wonderful the staff was-because they were top notch. We did not have any complaints, only compliments and praises! Keep up the high standards, big hearts, and wonderful times!!! You guys are awesome🥳
