Overall, it was an incredible value for the $$ in downtown NOLA. Friendly staff and clear instructions. I knocked one star off for service because I didn’t really get any (which was FINE), but it feels weird to say otherwise. Also, I wish the bathroom had a tub and a slightly wider counter. But again, very nice and a really great value.
Amazing stay! Gave 4 stars for room only because the room didn’t have a lot of drawers but the closet was big enough. The hotel was clean, staffed with friendly personnel and was conveniently located near all major tourist areas but far enough away where it was quiet and peaceful. Easy to find, easy check in and easy check out! Would definitely stay again!!
Good value for money. Room was on the smaller side but nothing you can’t deal with. The location is perfect. Very easy to get around from this location and never felt unsafe around the building. Unfortunately we had requested additional pillows and received a message stating they’d supply them the following day. We never received the pillows but also got another message stating they’d supply were happy they could organise this for us. The only other things to note which we were fine to deal with are it can be quite noisy on this street due to the streetcar. You also can hear most doors throughout the hallway so there were times where other doors were closing and it was quite easy to hear. Overall, a very good hotel and location.
We had an amazing stay at this hotel and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth, welcoming, and well organized. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Our room was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up, making it easy to relax after a long day. The location was perfect—close to everything but still quiet enough to feel restful. We especially appreciated the little details that made our stay feel special. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a stress-free stay.
Loved the room! I enjoyed the nice scent of the natural shampoo and soap products. A nice cozy bed after walking around all day is what a body needs. The beds were very comfortable. Housekeeping made sure our room stayed clean and fresh. will choose this place again! Trolley stops right in front of door. can't beat the walkable outside private balcony's
