We had an impeccable stay! The staff were super friendly and accommodating, rooms were clean with daily room service, and the breakfast was great. Loved the quiet location, secure gated parking, and having the streetcar station right nearby. Absolutely deserves 5 stars. We will definitely be back!

My wife and I stayed three nights, and it was great. The room was cold with A/C just how we like it. The king room was large with plenty of space. I liked that the room had a sink at the front of the room, followed by a full bathroom in the back of the room. The streetcar (trolley) pick-up and drop-off is about a 30-second walk from the hotel. It is only $16 for 3 days and runs 24/7 down through the Garden District/Canal Street and more. They have an app and everything. The hotel was quiet, the beds were clean and comfortable. The breakfast is small but it is nice to have something before heading out in the mornings. Looking for lunch and dinner without having to go too far? The hotel also has a delicious mexican restaurant attached to it called the Superior Grill. The steak and shrimp fajitas were phenomenal!

We enjoyed our stay at this place. Located in quiet Garden District, close to St. Charles Ave. street car stop, offered pleasent accommodation. Breakfast was OK, and coffee could have been of better quality. Our room was spacious enough, clean. Old brick & mortar structure helps reducing notices. Certainly there are always going to be some disrespectful guests. Complementary parking was important for us and hotel provided.

We only stayed one night. The room was great. We had a cocktail at the bar, and that was plesant, and it was served with chips and salsa! The hotel is pet friendly, and the charge for my dogs was very reasonable. The front desk staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. The location was great and just 20 minutes away from Bourbon Street via the trolley, that we caught almost right outside the hotel front door. The complementary breakfast featured a good selection of breakfast snacks and drinks. We parked in the hotel parking lot right in the back, and it was secured by a gate. We were given a fob to go and come as we pleased. There’s a lot of grass space nearby for the dogs to go out. The only thing that I could complain about, which I did, and someone came up and tried to unstop our commode. I understand that the hotel is old therefore, the plumbing is old. Other than that, our stay was excellent. Thank you.

First trip to New Orleans from Maryland ! Had a wonderful visit and stay at the Saint Charles Inn. The staff was so friendly and the hotel was perfect. Quiet and quaint. So glad we stayed in the Garden District ! The continental breakfast was fantastic and we really enjoyed eating breakfast outside on the front patio watching the trolly and joggers run by ! My wife and I really enjoyed walking from the hotel around the neighborhood each morning admiring the architecture and beautiful homes. The location near a trolley stop was super convenient! So nice to have secure parking on the property included. It was great to leave the car for two days while we explored New Orleans. A wonderful place ! Highly recommend !!
