Service was great, stay was really nice and quiet until the early mooring you can hear little kids screaming in the hallway. But that's a normal in any hotel. Just didn't expect that in the casino hotel.

Nobu Hotel is a stunning addition to New Orleans! It offers a completely different vibe—calm, minimalist, and incredibly sophisticated. The room design is beautiful, with natural wood finishes and luxury linens that make you feel miles away from the busy city below. It’s the perfect sanctuary for someone who wants the excitement of Caesars but prefers a quiet, high-end retreat to return to. 5 stars for the impeccable design and service!

We had dinner at Nobu Nola and it was good. The sushi was fresh and the service was decent. Kinda pricey for what you get. I was disappointed in the menu options. I was expecting more. And the atmosphere was kinda like a casino...lol cuz it's in one I get it but it could have been more cozy and intimate. Also the drinks took forever to get, like they didn't show up until after our soup and apps....best scallop roll ever though.

I stay at all 3 ..Harrahs, Ceasers and Nobu. Harrahs has a better bathroom just very dated rooms. I always stay in the suite it's my penthouse in the sky❤️The other two are new and modern they actually look the same if you ask me. Ceasers and Nobu are in the same building with the casino. I guess a lil sofa in Nobu was the difference than Ceasers hotel. Free parylot parking just swipe your card diamond and up valet park free I love it.

For a “nice” hotel I’ve never experienced such terrible service. Nobody answers the phone when you call the front desk of housekeeping. Our ac wasn’t working and nothing was done to correct the situation. Hours later and nothing done and no communication. Why pay a premium for an upper level at Caesar’s if you can’t even get someone on the phone? Update: ac finally fixed after more than 24 hours.
