Out for a relaxing fun filled 4 night stay in Suite 1410. But ended up being a frustrating one night stay. I checked out because of the inability to aquire resolution to the problem of fixing a none functional living room TV after numerous phone and front desk request. And being told "don't the bedroom TV work". To which I replied, 'I am paying for Comfort and Relaxation which does not include sitting on a bed to watch TV during my entire stay'. Therefore, I GIVE A NEGATIVE REVIEW OF THIS PROPERTY @ 212 LOYOLA AVE.NEW ORLEANS LOUISIANA... RE. DR. ELDER G. E. ALLBRITTON, DTh June 6, 2026

The Ironworks Building is a stunning example of New Orleans history meets modern luxury. I absolutely loved the aesthetic—massive windows, soaring ceilings, and beautiful exposed brick and timber. It has that authentic loft feel that you just can't find in a modern hotel. The space was impeccably clean, quiet, and full of character. 5 stars for the design and the incredible atmosphere!
