I had a fantastic five-day stay at Element by Marriott New Orleans Downtown. The hotel is fairly new, and you can tell—the spaces are big, modern, and very clean. As someone who works out daily, I was especially impressed by the gym room, which has top-notch equipment and plenty of space. The daily breakfast offered a great variety of fresh, healthy food options to start the morning right. The entire hotel staff was extremely polite and helpful from check-in to check-out. Plus, the location feels very safe and is super convenient for getting around the city. I will definitely stay here again!
Being my first time in the city, the only downside to the location was parking. The room and overall hotel environment was super-welcoming and clean. When we walked into the room, it was nice and cool and smelled fresh - a BIG PLUS when down South in a tropical humid environment. The decor and design of the room was so comfy, just like the beds and pillows. The bathroom was clean, only a few spots missed... A definite "will stay again". If ever I encounter any issues at ANY of the hotels, they are addressed right away... I LOVE being a Marriott Bonvoy member 😌
had a magnificent stay at the Elements New Orleans. I was complimented on being a lifetime platinum elite member. The hotel is beautiful. There is a daily happy hour with wine and cheese, which was amazing for an afternoon snack and cocktail. When I checked in I was advised my room has been upgraded, and that was an awesome surprise. The valet workers immediately went to the cars and assisted with the luggage, open the hotel doors, and taking your luggage to the front desk. My room had a stove top, full refrigerator, and microwave. I loved everything about my room. In front of the hotel there is a sitting area where you can sit and people watch, have cocktails, or whatever you would like to do sitting and enjoying the day in New Orleans. The hotel is very clean and it’s not because it’s a new hotel, it’s because the employees care about the hotel and how it is presented to the guests. This was my first time staying at the Element and it will not be my last time. It is definitely my new go to hotel when I visit New Orleans. All of the employees at the Element are polite and courteous. Each time I left the hotel the front desk employees would say good morning or have a good day. When I return to the hotel, I was greeted with a welcome back. They said good morning, have good day, or welcome back to every guest that walk through the door. I think this is so cool because it’s shows they care enough to make sure you are acknowledged. They really appreciate you being at the hotel. All of the workers are amazing. I wish I could’ve gotten all of their names. I want to commend all of element employees; front desk, housekeeping, guest services, engineering, security and valet, all of them are amazing. I did get a few names, Dasha, Paige, Dylan and Mohammad and all of the employees are SUPERSTARS⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🌟🌟🌟🌟
I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and can confidently say it was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. From the moment I arrived until the day I checked out, everything exceeded my expectations. The staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive. Every interaction was pleasant, and it was clear that guest satisfaction is a top priority. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and throughout my stay, the team went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable. The hotel itself was immaculate. Every area was spotless, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully designed. My room was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything I needed. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the amenities were top-notch, and the attention to detail throughout the room made the stay feel luxurious and relaxing. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast. It was absolutely amazing! There was an impressive variety of fresh, high-quality options to choose from, and everything was delicious. Whether you prefer a hearty breakfast or something lighter, there was something for everyone. The food was consistently fresh, well-prepared, and beautifully presented. The lady at breakfast area was very sweet who offered strawberries for my baby even though strawberries were not part of the menu on this day but she went and cut it for him in small chunks. Very sweet of her. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was warm, inviting, and relaxing. Every aspect of the experience reflected a commitment to excellence, from the cleanliness and comfort to the outstanding customer service and exceptional dining experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, high-quality stay. Everything was truly top-notch, and I couldn't have been happier with my experience. I will definitely be returning in the future and look forward to staying here again. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so memorable!
I absolutely loved this hotel! There was NOTHING about it that I would’ve changed. The bed was SOOOOO soft and cozy! I slept like a baby. It was meticulously cleaned. They had a cute little kitchenette. Lots of channels on the TV. Breakfast was included. They ad like a little happy hour early evening. They had tea available in the lobby. Since it’s a new building, everything is so clean and refreshed. Even though they have not completely finished the building, there was no construction noise. It is very centrally located so it only took us about 8 to 10 minutes to walk to the New Orleans Square. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and I will definitely stay there in the future!!!!
