I have been coming to the Mind Body Collective acupuncture sessions for over a year now and they are significantly improving my overall quality of life. It is not an immediate thing, but each session my body has responded more and more, with some sessions ending with me actually being able to access a nerve signal again or to finally relax a long term stiff muscle which is a major source of my chronic pain. Those have been the best days obviously, and what has led me to become a regular at the Mind Body Collective. Not only is the environment completely welcoming, clean, calm and disarming, bc I mean anything our bodies are involved in are bound to make you feel nervous and scared to start or show up to not knowing really what to expect, but both GiGi and Kaylee make you feel immediately at ease. It is a small group setting and there’s no overbearing chatter or pressure to chatter. It just feels like contentment and for me, a space where I can finally breathe and actually do work towards healing. Finally, it is the level of expertise and care that both Kaylee and GiGi bring that leads me to rate 5 stars. Their degree of knowledge and professionalism have been a gift to me, as I am someone who suffers with both chronic and acute conditions, and really struggles with communicating with doctors. As well as lives paycheck to paycheck who can’t afford to access these types of medical options in real life. Both GiGi and Kaylee can immediately understand what I’m trying to say, no matter what my body issue is, and are able to provide a set of needles to match it. With each session I leave feeling a little bit stronger, more relaxed and heard, with a clearer understanding of my body and it’s systems and symptoms that is helping me to live an overall healthier and happier life. I absolutely recommend.

I had my first ever acupuncture session today, and was enlightening, and I loved it. Very comfortable and relaxing, I am looking forward to more treatments. Thanks for the experience.
