I’ve taken classes here since their opening and I always enjoy the space. It’s really beautiful and calming. The grounds are well kept and staff is always friendly and accommodating. I recently took my first heated class and I have mixed feelings. The room was a little small for the size of the class, there were maybe 25- 30 of us. We were so close that we had to stager to not bump arms. Also, the smell… I encourage everyone to shower before any heated classes. I am also curious how often the bands, blocks and ankle weights are washed because there was also an odor. I will return because I love the space but not for a heated class.

I never leave reviews but I was in town for a short 5 day trip and felt compelled. I took a hot yoga class and the instructor was incredibly supportive and kind. I also had 2 day passes where I booked the treadmill and ate at the cafe afterward. Food was amazing. HIGHLY recommend if you're visiting or a local. Fairly priced for drop ins too.

One of my favorite places to workout in the city! I really enjoy their heated yoga classes and the HIIT water aerobics class. The staff is always friendly and the food at the cafe is great too.

The Spyre center is a great place for wellness, healing and fitness. Their cafe has healthy options available to eat. I tried the cauliflower bowl and the beets. Both were delicious. Staff is friendly! I took the Sunday Yoga Ritual with Erica and it was a fantastic class. Erica focuses on creating a class that is applicable for any levels. She focuses on breath work and finding a good flow throughout the session. Her knowledge and experience helps build a great environment for anyone looking to learn more, enhance an existing yoga practice or just try something new. I highly recommend her class and this location for a full wellness experience!
