Great Sports bar. Big tvs all around the pub. You order food separately from the bar and Oyster bar. My friend ordered a burger and fries great special sauce. The seasoning on the fries was spicy which I loved. I ordered Oysters and the gentleman was amazing. He was friendly, helpful and his Oysters were delicious!! Personally I thought it was the highlight. The mixed drinks were well made the bartender was better than most. Honestly this was the first trip were a bartender just didnt stand out with that southern hospitality. However the Oysters were so good we will be back for that alone! The Oysters were so good forgot to take a picture before I slurped them all down! My bad!
Had such a great time at this Irish bar the other night. The atmosphere was exactly what you’d hope for—warm, lively, and full of character without feeling over the top. The music set the mood perfectly, and it felt like the kind of place you can either relax or have a fun night out with friends. Big shoutout to Kyle behind the bar—seriously one of the best bartenders I’ve come across in a while. He was friendly, quick, and knew his stuff. Whether it was recommending a drink or just keeping the vibe upbeat, he made the whole experience better. Drinks were on point, service was smooth even when it got busy, and the whole place just had that authentic, welcoming feel. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to.
Nice lunch, busy vibe (very noisy!) Most people younger than us, so maybe aiming at younger customers. Seats not very comfortable! Washrooms not too bad, took me a minute to work out how to shut the door! (Definitely a bit old for this place.) Seemed clean. Food was nice. Cranberry juice very good.
I came to NOLA as a cook to find some good food and found it here. Get the “Taste Of New Orleans, Baby”! Great prices, wonderfully kind and genuine people. The bartender was even kind enough to talk to me for a little bit and give me some more places to check out locally. Definitely stop in here. Great place.
