Every time Im in New Orleans I have to go to Dat Dog. A wife variety of dogs with a wide variety of toppings. The crawfish and duck are my favorites. Very eclectic atmosphere. The bartenders are always nice and welcoming. There really isnt anything bad I can say. Go try it and see for yourself!!
Food was fantastic. It's hard to choose with all the options and customization here. Definitely will have to come back to try more and more. I saw they have happy hour deals for food and drinks. Reasonable prices for quality of the dog.
Great food & we were able to bring our dogs onto the patio with us. Great atmosphere but if you have medium to large dogs there isnt a lot of room for them to tuck away by the tables.
This is a very unique spin on your classic hot dog spot. Various different combination of what you would call a hot dog. But not using the traditional hot dog sausage blend. I had the Rougarou. Which was absolutely fantastic. The bread they use for the bun really brings it to the next level. Fresh soft interior with a very light flaky crust. They have several locations and I can see why. Lots of menu choices for those that want to return and try some of their other items. I will definitely be back there again. Prices were very reasonable, wait time for the food was normal. And staff was extremely friendly. It really gives a good Chicago dog a run for its money
