NOLA Chill is a must-visit if you are looking to step up your physical recovery game or just need a relaxing reset. The hospitality here is top-notch; the front desk staff was so welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed to get settled. We opted for a 30-minute sauna session to destress, and it was exactly what we needed to recharge our muscles and unwind. Beyond the sauna, their service menu is incredibly comprehensive. They offer whole-body and localized cryotherapy, NormaTec compression, Celluma, NuCalm, and Cryofacials. What really sets this place apart is how incredibly shareable their packages are. You can use a package yourself, split it with a friend, or our favorite perk, bring someone with you for a same-session sauna visit, and it only burns one credit! My wife grabbed the 5-session package for $125, which is an unbeatable deal since we can share it. Whether you're recovering from heavy training or just need to sweat out the stress of the day, NOLA Chill is fantastic.
NOLA Chill is the absolute best place to unwind in the city! From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is incredibly calming and professional. You can tell they put a lot of thought into the design and the guest experience. It’s the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of downtown. 5 stars for the top-notch service and the peaceful vibe!
