Five stars across the board! We had a great experience at The Haunted Hotel. Our room was clean. Our hosts were friendly, helpful, and full of good information on where to go and what to see. It rained our first day, and they had umbrellas for the guests. If you would like a little fun spooky decor with a great stay, then this is the place. Location couldn’t have been better, too.
We absolutely loved our stay! The hotel has such a unique vibe—it’s known for the Axman killer history and is decorated to match, which made the experience even more fun and memorable. What truly made our stay unforgettable was the staff. There are 2 Christina’s and both were absolutely amazing—so personable, welcoming, and genuinely kind. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, always ready to answer questions and recommend great places to eat. On our first night, I even heard what sounded like kids running around & playing at about 1:30am. The next morning, I mentioned it to Christina, and she told us there were no kids staying there… so there are a few ghosts adding to the charm! Between the incredible hospitality and the one-of-a-kind atmosphere, our stay was unforgettable. We will definitely be back next time we’re in NOLA!
Enjoyed my stay here. Within walking distance to anywhere/anything you need. Staff was extremely kind and helped me with great recommendations. Definitely would stay here again.
Me and my wife enjoyed our stay at The Haunted Hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and cozy. Very close to so many great shops, bars, and restaurants. The hardest problem I had with my stay mainly was finding close parking to the hotel but that was on me for not planning ahead and coming into the city at 5pm.
