Loft 523 is a masterpiece of minimalist design! I loved the open-concept layout—the soaring ceilings and massive floor-to-ceiling windows made the space feel incredibly airy and high-end. It feels more like staying in a private, architecturally designed loft than a hotel room. If you appreciate clean lines, huge bathrooms, and a sophisticated atmosphere, this is the best spot in NOLA. 5 stars for the style and the space!
Shades didn’t work on both windows. (Not go up or down) Light switches that you had to keep turning on/off before working. Toilet that kept running. Reported it. Nothing done Room not cleaned for multiple days despite asking. So yeah. Not great. J at front desk. Great
Our experience at Loft 523 is fantastic. A special shout out to Miraya at the front desk, who is super hospitable and incredibly helpful. She gave us some great tips and directions that really made our visit that much better. We highly recommend this stylish and welcoming hotel!
