Hot Tin definitely lived up to its name. Its a 21+rooftop bar. There is limited space but it is worth the peek! The rooftop offers inside and outside seating yet has open space for mingling/dancing. You must enter through the front doors of the Ponchartrain Hotel. The front door staff were friendly and very diligent about age/amount of ppl for admission. Most people were dressed up very nicely/fancy-but casual clothes were ok too. They opened around 2pm and made some good cocktails. We went back later and enjoyed a bit of the night life on the rooftop! It was pretty cool! Even cooler if you have a room at the hotel😎

The best spot to see the lights of the city and even better with an amazingly crafted cocktail. Great atmosphere, delicious drinks and a stunning view. Definitely worth visiting for a celebration or simply to enjoy a beautiful night out.

@EatGeorgia views from the coolest LGD rooftop in NOLA exceeded our mid-day cocktail hour expectations. A quick ride on the green streetcar for $1.25 one-way brought us to the rooftop bar atop the Pontchartrain Hotel, and we were blown away by how cool the space was. The drinks were reasonably priced and definitely refreshing.

Went to Hot Tin on my first visit to NoLa and this bar is a must see. The view of the city and the skyline is gorgeous. Drinks area really good and the service is honestly very quick. They also have a pitcher of water for you to fill up. Lots of stairs to climb if you can't catch the elevator.
