Lots of space in the hotel rooms. Kind competent solution focused staff. So helpful and reassuring when you are a nervous traveler. Came down for the ASCA conference and they were able to help me with every question I had. Room service was so kind. I will stay there again and the beds were super comfy. Thank you for all your help Renaissance.
Hotel room is neat and clean. Has a bit of an outdated interior in the rooms. Hotel staff is nice and respectful. Food Iwas great. Close to nearby locations to walk. Hotel Valet was bad. They damaged my car. When confronted he attempted to deny. Stated that he had a spotter when moving the car (lie) so there was no way they could have damaged it. I took pictures and videos of my car prior to giving them the car. Shown them and they continued to deny they damaged it. Stated there is no way it was them. I pulled dashcam footage from my car where it shows him driving it (also no spotter in the footage at all) where the guy goes into the curb. Guy drops an f-bomb once he realized and proceeds to drive away from.the curb. Nothing but dishonest half hearted limp wristed work to just park a car. I reccomend taking pictures of your cars prior to giving it to them cause they might just say it was the wind that damaged it or something and not them. After all this he said they would contact me for an investigation and possible claim to get it fixed. I still haven't been contacted but im not surprised. Accountability is hard.
Outstanding stay from start to finish. The location is unbeatable—you’re right in the heart of the Arts District, steps away from Julia Street galleries, the WWII Museum, and world-class dining like Peche and Cochon. The staff was incredibly professional and went above and beyond to make our stay special. It offers all the reliability of a luxury hotel but with a local, boutique personality. Highly recommend!
Stayed first weekend of Jazzfest 2026. This is not a luxury hotel, yet an outstanding one to plan your stay. Great Warehouse District location, near Emeril's and Cochon restaurants. Safe walk to Bourbon Street and French Quarter, about 10-15 minutes, depending on your pace. The rooms were clean and spacious, our room was a 2-bed, came with essentials, iron, hair dryer, etc... Housekeeping staff is very courteous and attentive, you do need to ask for sheets to be changed. Front desk staff is professional at all hours. I recommend for your visit to New Orleans.
