We found Louis Park Hotel at the last minute and was able to save $ by booking directly with the hotel website, provided by staff. I originally found the listing on Airbnb and contacted Louis Park Hotel via email to confirm available parking. I received an immediate response from Kyle, a staff member at Louis Park. Kyle promptly called me and addressed all of my questions and sent me a link to book my reservation directly with the hotel. This hotel is secure and has a well maintained garden patio area and impeccably clean accommodations. I could tell that the housekeeping staff prepared our room with so much attention to detail. Bravo to your housekeeping team as well as Kyle! Y’all made visiting NOLA an amazing experience. Lastly, Louis Park is perfectly located within walking distance to the French Quarter and Jackson Square. We enjoyed our walk down St Philip Street and enjoyed the sights on the way.
The moment you arrive & are greeted by Kyle your incredible New Orleans journey begins. He’s an exceptional host & definitely a people person. He makes you feel so welcome & is very helpful with any questions or concerns you may have. The Kermit room was perfect for my son & I celebrating his college graduation. We had our own space & the bathroom was in the middle. He took the living room fold out couch & I had the beautiful master for for a queen. We had a mini fridge & microwave which was perfect for our 4 nights. They have a keurig fully stocked with Starbucks coffee & creamers. I can’t wait to come back. Close to French quarter, cafe Du Monde, shopping, restaurants & rail line.
We had the most wonderful experience at Louis Park Hotel for our daughter’s wedding weekend. We rented all 11 guesthouses for our family and wedding party, and it truly could not have been a more perfect setting. From the very beginning, the staff was incredibly accommodating and easy to work with leading up to our stay, which made planning for such a big group feel smooth and stress-free. The layout gave everyone a sense of privacy while still offering inviting outdoor spaces where we could gather, relax, and spend meaningful time together. Each guesthouse was thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed, making the entire stay comfortable and seamless. Having onsite parking was such a bonus, especially in New Orleans. And the location was ideal—just far enough removed from the hustle of the French Quarter to feel peaceful, yet still an easy walk to great dining and Bourbon Street. It was truly the perfect home base for such a special weekend. We would absolutely recommend Louis Park Hotel for group stays or any occasion where you want a blend of charm, convenience, and connection.
My family and I had an amazing stay at Louis Park Hotel in New Orleans! From the moment we made our reservation, Kyle at the front desk was absolutely amazing — so welcoming and incredibly accommodating. He truly set the tone for our stay. The young lady, I believe her name was Louise, was just as helpful and made sure we were completely happy with our room. Their customer service really stood out which it was appreciated. The room itself was super cute, clean, and comfortable. We also loved that the hotel was within walking distance to great restaurants and cafés, which made exploring the area so easy and enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting New Orleans!
Recently stayed at Louis Park Hotel for a group trip and loved it! There was a large group of us (19) that arrived and left at various times. It was so nice to be able to have our private space and then be able to gather as a group in the shared courtyard. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The beds and linens were very nice and the accommodations were very clean. We were a short walk to everywhere we wanted to go but far enough where weren't in an overly crowded area. My boyfriend and his friends are doing a bachelors trip in May and I recommended they stay here!
