The hotel itself is a little bit dated. The beds definitely need work. Those mattresses are not very comfortable. However, I found the pull out couch surprisingly comfortable. The location cannot be beat. You are steps from French man Street, 15 minutes from Bourbon Street and you can literally see the French market from your room, Susan, the front desk gal is just the best, We would absolutely stay here if we came back. In fact, I don't think we would stay anywhere else assuming they update the beds!
Hotel is a bit dated, but kind of in a charming way. Rooms are full suites, which was nice… lots of space to spread out. Hotel has the bare-minimum amenities, but the location cannot be beat. Minutes walking from Frenchman Street and a quick trolley car ride away from Bourbon Street and Jackson Square. For this reason alone I would definitely book again. The free parking is a nice bonus as well.
It is kind of old, but the room is so good and they rent us free pans so we can cook inside the hotel(there is a gas range). It is like a air-bnb. There is 2 TV’s and the atmosphere is so good. There is a market near by so the location is good. There is a spoon and folk too.
