We had a wonderful stay at Club Wyndham La Belle Maison. The rooms were exceptionally clean, spacious, and surprisingly quiet even being on the 4th floor right next to the elevators, we never heard a sound! The amenities were fantastic. They offer great, hot coffee in the morning, a beautiful courtyard, a convenient snack area, and a cozy lounge space with popcorn. The location couldn't be better either it's super close to all the major attractions. The staff is top-notch across the board! A special shout-out to Victoria if you have any questions about timeshares, be sure to see her. She is absolutely awesome, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. We will definitely be back!
The 2 valet attendants were so welcoming, friendly, and shared so many things about NOLA events. Beautiful place! Weekend desk staff seem to not be interested in customer service. When you aak questions noone knows anything. Here for business. Brought my sister for her Birthday and she absolutely enjoyed it. All was great till valet damaged the rental. Thankfully it was drivable. They are taking responsibility of it all. Went pretty smooth. Mgr over the Valet was informative and professional. The 2 stars for service were due to the weekend desk staff.
The location of Club Wyndham La Belle Maison is definitely one of its strongest points. It is close to many of the main attractions in New Orleans, which makes it very convenient for walking around and exploring the city. The room itself was clean and in good condition. However, there were some inconveniences. During our entire stay, only two elevators were available and one of them was out of service the whole time, making it very frustrating to wait for a single elevator. The room also did not have a stove, which made it difficult to prepare any meals. Another downside was the TV placement, it could not really be watched from the bed, and it was an older cable TV rather than a smart TV. My biggest disappointment was with our experience as Club Wyndham Discovery owners. This was our first trip using our Discovery points, and we were not informed before arrival that we would need to attend a timeshare presentation. We only found out once we checked in. We agreed to attend, and we were told it would take about one hour. We arrived early and attended the meeting as requested. From the beginning, we explained that we have not been satisfied with our Discovery experience so far — especially with the difficulty of finding availability and making reservations — and that we were not interested in becoming full owners at this time. Unfortunately, the meeting lasted about an hour and a half. We were traveling with our two-year-old daughter, had already completed a morning tour, and had not eaten lunch. When we explained that we could not continue waiting and needed to leave, instead of trying to help, the representative simply said, “Nobody is keeping you here, you can leave whenever you want,” and told us we would lose the tour benefits we were waiting for. The disappointing part was that these 2 tours were not even truly complimentary — we had already paid $100 for two adults. At that point, we felt our time was not being respected. Thankfully, the manager who assisted us afterward handled the situation much better. She listened, helped resolve the issue with the tours, and even offered us a zoo pass for our daughter as a gesture for the inconvenience. Overall, while the location is good and the room was acceptable, the resort itself is very basic — no restaurant, no bar, and a very small pool. The overall service experience, especially regarding the Discovery presentation, did not meet our expectations at all. Based on our experience, we would not return to this property, and we do not feel encouraged to become full Wyndham owners in the future.
I have stayed here several times and I absolutely love it. The rooms are amazing. The staff are so helpful and friendly and you don't need a car. Everything's within walking distance or if you do a tour you just catch a bus around the corner or they pick you up front
Beautiful and cozy spot in the middle of the NOLA hustle and bustle. And its so quiet inside, youd have no idea you were in the middle of the city. The staff was so incredibly kind and personable and accommodating. And so many great food spots in short walking distance. We were less than a 10 minute walk from the mall along the Mississippi and jackson square. The pool, jacuzzi, fitness room, and sauna were well kept and beautiful, but small spaces. My only criticism is that my kids kept complaining about being kicked off the internet 😅
