I'll get the good part out the way first. Very nice hotel, rooms are amazing very spacious and all. Front desk guy was very nice and overall a nice person. Great location within walking distance of the French Quarters. One of the best hotels ive stayed at down there. Now we did Valet park, which was pricey next time we won't do that. We arrived with a car charger and left without one. If that makes sense, we only drove the car to the hotel and never moved it until we checked out. Once we got into our vehicle we realized the charger was GONE, the young man who escorted us to our vehicle to get our medication, I hope the charger blew your port out, when you plugged it in the wall. You were given a tip and everything so im confused as to why would you take a damn charger. Smdh
I liked the rooms as it had a washer and dryer like a studio apartment also had kitchen and fridge. Very convenient. Location is ok. The entrance is on the side of like an alley street. I came at night and felt a little unsafe. The security guard was very welcoming and nice. I tried their breakfast buffet, the French toast was delicious and host/waitress was super friendly and nice.
I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for 6 days/5 nights and had an amazing experience!! My room was very comfortable and the service was phenomenal. A special acknowledgment goes to Front Desk Staff persons, Monique, Dakota and Lisa -as well as Valets, Troy and Shane. These persons took a personal interest in my care and comfort, which was both impressive and reassuring. When I return to NOLA, I will definitely stay at the Jung Hotel!!! 5 Stars all around!
My stay at the Jung Hotel was fantastic, and I couldn't have been happier with the experience. The rooms are incredibly huge and spacious, giving you more than enough room to relax and spread out after a long day of exploring the city. The location is also perfect, it offers great proximity to the excitement of Bourbon Street and the French Quarter, making it super convenient to walk or hop on the streetcar to get to all the action. To top it all off, the check-in process was an absolute breeze. The staff was efficient and welcoming, making it incredibly easy to get settled in right away. Highly recommend if you're looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in NOLA!
