Charming hotel and great location! First trip to New Orleans and I love it. Lobby was clean, front desk staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. My room was clean and service here is outstanding!
Kerry at the front desk (and the rest of the front desk crew) was so hospitable! He had great recommendations for bars and restaurants in the area, got us checked in quickly and was sure to send us off with some bottle water and a few little snacks. The room was spacious and clean, the bathroom was spotless as well. Great place for a quick little trip to New Orleans!
Did a stay-cation here just to spend a night out on the town. Hotel is in a good spot to walk to a lot of the city life. The room was on the smaller side but didn't feel crowded. Lack of carpet was a nice change of pace. Liked that the artwork was local and individualized. The bathroom wallpaper is funny! For a hotel tub/shower its actually not super cramped feeling. Water temp and pressure was stable. Bed is actually comfy. Only downfall I considered was the room still felt on the warmer side even though the room didn't face sunlight at all and we kept the AC on max fan and 65.
Kerry at the front desk provided exceptional service during our stay. He truly went above and beyond for guests, and his hard work and dedication did not go unnoticed. We really appreciated him throughout our visit. Malcom was also very kind and friendly. The staff overall made a great impression and truly made all the difference. The only area for improvement would be the room and floor temperature. Other than that, we had a great stay.
