The spa personnel are amazing! The massage therapist was phenomenal and I will return when I am back in NoLa!
Such an unbelievably wonderful experience. Got a 50min relaxation massage as my Mother’s Day gift, which was amazing. But to make things even more amazing, when they heard my six-year-old son was disappointed he couldn’t go, they invited him to come the next morning and have a full “spa” experience. They had a drink waiting for both of us, let him get in a robe, and have a 20min massage chair experience! He was unbelievably excited. The extra care and attention we received was so genuinely kind and just a great example of how effortlessly they put the guests first here. Highly recommend!!
I had a full body massage by Rhonda on February 28th. It was a wonderful experience. I felt welcomed and comfortable from the moment I stepped foot in the spa. I arrived about 30 minutes before my appt time but was able to get ready and relax before my massage. The waiting room was very nice, and I was offered beverages while I waited. Rhonda was amazing, I felt comfortable and confident with her skills. She really worked out knots without it being painful. I immediately felt better, and continued to feel more relaxed. I will recommend her and the spa to others and will return.
