Visiting The Now was the PERFECT WAY to start my birthday! This was my first visit here and my massage with Pia was amazing! I’ve visited many high end spas and resorts but this quaint and modern boutique beats them all! I’m signed up for a monthly membership and committed to making massages a part of my monthly maintenance. 1000/10 highly recommend!
My massage was much needed and overdue from all my recent back issues from my car accident in combination with training. I informed my therapist, Pia about my condition and she was very attentive. She was great. Her technique was impressive as she mixed firmness with subtleness. Pia understands exactly how to find those spots that were tense, drastically relieving that tension. This was my third visit and certainly money well spent. The place is immaculate and offers a serenity about it that places you at ease. All of the staff are pleasant and kind as soon as you walk in the door. I most certainly will return soon and recommend to all.
Wow! This was the best massage I’ve had since moving to New Orleans. I highly recommend this place. They truly value serenity, silence, and relaxation throughout the entire experience. The facility is clean, simple, and very welcoming. If you book here, I highly recommend Armani—she is an incredible massage therapist. I had just returned from a two-week cross-country trip, and she delivered exactly what I needed. Her light-to-medium pressure was perfect, and she spent an even amount of time on each area of the body without making the session feel rushed. She’s also very friendly and welcoming. From the moment she greeted me and sat down with me for the consultation, her positive energy immediately put me at ease, and I knew it was going to be a great session. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and much less tense. I’ll definitely be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Had such a great experience at this massage spa in New Orleans! They were able to accommodate me the same day, which I really appreciated. Margret and Lonzell were both amazing—very professional, welcoming, and made me feel completely at ease. The massage itself was excellent, exactly what I needed, and you can tell they really know what they’re doing. The atmosphere and aesthetics of the spa are also beautiful—very calming, clean, and thoughtfully designed. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a quality massage and a relaxing experience!
Amazing experience at The Now. It is so peaceful and calming, I love the simple chic decor. My therapist was Felicia for an 80 min deep tissue stretching massage and she made me feel like I could melt. It was so relaxing and while gentle, her pressure was deep enough to get the deepest knots out. I haven’t had a massage in maybe years and Felicia was exactly perfect for me. When I’m back in NOLA, I will return. In the meantime, going to see if we have anyone as good as Felicia in San Diego. Thank you The Now and especially Felicia. A great ending before returning to three kids.
