Loved the character of this room! Ornate archway between entry and bedroom....large comfortable bed in a huge room. Amazing original wood floors! Large modern bathroom w a relaxing shower built for two 😎 Small private kitchen....w all the conveniences. The pool and hot tub are a wonderful retreat! The one drawback is the number of digits I had to remember for the door code....maybe something a little more user friendly. Beautiful shady oaks surround the property....enjoying the rockers on the porch is a must! I could definitely stay here again. Enjoy!
Wow what an amazing place to stay. Just far enough from nightlife to be quiet but wi walking distance if you want a stroll and see the beautiful neighborhood. The staff super friendly and attentive to your needs. I am orderIng a bed like the one in my room bc this was best night sleep. I will return soon.
Michelle and Sheila were awesome! They were helpful and accommodated all of our requests. The buildings are older with antique furniture but updated bathrooms. My room was clean and the location was convenient but still far enough from the busy area to be peaceful. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and will stay there again when we return to NOLA.
The Rathbone Mansions are absolutely beautiful! This was our first time visiting Louisiana. It is located within walking distances of Bourbon Street and the French Market (it is a great way to get away from the noises of these streets though). The front desk staff and the people cleaning were accommodating and very nice! There is a bus stop right outside of the mansion that is easily accessible as well.
Rathbone Mansions was the perfect place to stay! We came to New Orleans for the Sugar Bowl and loved the Mansions location was so nice! We walked all over the French Quarter and it was easy access for Ubers! We took time for a quick soak in the hot tub to relax. We had a suite and it was so nice to have extra space. It was like our own little NOLA apartment. The bed was so comfortable and there were plenty of linens, soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. The coffee and breakfast snacks were very convenient. We will definitely be back!!
