Was in from out of town and this gym was close to were I was staying. At $30 a day with no week pass option was fine considering everything you get at the club, I was there just for weights. However when I came in on my first day I was not shown around and when asked about the weights was told, they are right here and on the next floor. It wasnt until my last day that I realized there were individual rooms on the main and top floor that had equipment that I thought they just didn't have.
I love being able to go to an athletic club and not just a basic gym. This place is well worth your money time and investment. It has the coolest history and stories, there is something for everyone in it and one of my most favorite things is the bar. Truthfully, my most favorite thing about that bar is the bartender Chris. He's not just your average bartender, he has books of drink recipes, he looks you in the eyes and listens to you, he remembers who you are and what you like, and he's by far one of the most caring bartenders I've ever had the privilege of being served by. My wallet is not necessarily happy with me, but I always leave very satisfied and happy after my experience is there, lol If you're considering joining, you won't regret it.
The Best Gym in downtown New Orleans! This gym have it all. Sauna, steam room, cold plunge, massage parlor, mani/pedi, a full bar that serves alcohol, boxing rink, and so much more. The one thing I would recommend is longer hours. They close really early. Staff is so welcoming! 10 out of 10 Experience.
As a wedding photographer, I can't tell you how much I love this venue. It has a soul and beauty that is so unique to New Orleans. The ceremony location is warm and inviting and the reception hall just invites a party like you'd expect in the Big Easy. And the staff is wonderful. I hope to photograph here many more times in the near future.
